- Nippers of Norfolk Ltd are not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. Please check all the details on your order before completing your purchase.
- We do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
- Deliveries outside the EU may also be subject to import duties, we do not have any control over this and all charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is required.
- Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday.

Nippers of Norfolk guarantees to refund or exchange any item bought Online, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and proof of receipt is provided.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return
EXCHANGE – Nippers of Norfolk will exchange any item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is desired, please return the item and place a new order.
SHOES – must be returned in their original box. Shoes returned without their original box will not be accepted.
CONDITION – We will gladly accept returns of any new, unwashed, unworn and unused product with all the original packaging and garment tags retained and still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
REFUND – If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchasers credit card for the sum paid less the postal costs. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we regret we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
NIPPERS OF NORFOLK DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ONLINE RETURNS:
- Any item returned more than 14 days after the date of purchase
- Items that have been worn.
- Items where the tag has been removed, unless the item is deemed faulty
- Any product deemed by Nippers of Norfolk not be in perfect saleable condition

RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
REFUNDS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
Please note Nippers of Norfolk DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS on items bought in our store.
All items bought in our store, are bought as seen.
- Refunds may only be applicable if the item is seen as faulty - this is at the discretion of the manager.
- An item may be exchanged for a credit note provided that the item is returned within 14 days unused.
- All Sale items are final, no exchange or credit note given.
- This does not affect your statutory rights. We accept returns in store within 14 days with proof of receipt and all tags attached to the item and non worn. It will be on the managers discretion to accept the item for a credit note or an echange.
